My dad has anger issues?

-Heres an example, i was playing ps3 and then hes like let me watch tv and then i get mad because i was playing and then when i say no, he grabs my arm and tries to injure me in some way. He hasnt hit my mom but hes hit me and my sister whose only 4 so many times. This has left a scar in my life and i dont think i can take it anymore. Please help somehow. And we were at the dinner table and then i told him we had to see a counselor, he grabbed my head and hit it onto the plate. PLEASE HELP!!!
