How do I ask my dad for back-to-school clothes shopping and how much?

-I am just pulling out my hair over all the ways I could ask him! At first, when I added up all of the stuff I needed and I got around $200. I already have $60 saved from babysitting (a one time thing) and feeding my neighbor's koi (another one time thing. I fully expected my dad to give me $100 for the beginning and I was DEFINITELY struggling to make ends meet. Then my sis said she was expecting $200 so I was like "Yeah baby!" Then I decided I needed to update the chart I made 2 months ago to ask him. I had to add new things to my chart and update prices. It was a nightmare! Everything ended up adding up to $315! I'm only 13 so I'm not really sure if it's a lot of money or not... How much should I ask for? In case your wondering, everything I researched is absolutely necessary to have. Please help! And how should I ask him? My dad is a saver, not a spender, and I'm very bad at communicating with people when I have a need.
