My parents didnt get me anything for my birthday?

-I just turned 15 a few days ago and my parents didn't get me anything for my birthday. And on my birthday they got my sister an electic piano. And her birthday isn't for a few months and they let her open it. No we are not lacking money I have asked for things around the same price and they said no its too expensive.Well they seem mean and also like they are playing favorites, unless there are details that you have left out.



Show them this answer -- they need to treat both of their children equally, or they are being emotionally abusive. Not just in neglecting you and favoring your sister, but also playing you two siblings against one another, which is also very wrong and hateful.



They probably won't like that, but it is the truth.
Wow, that's screwed! I can't remember a year passed where my parents didn't get me anything.. even if it's just a small gift. Even in the worst economic times ever, my parents have STILL gotten a little something plus a card. But seriously, parents are supposed to find a way
