Parents finding out about me cutting myself!!? Help!?

-Okay so I was in the car with my mom and my brother and my brother pointed out how many scars i have on my arm then my mom was yelling at me saying NATASHA ARE YOU CUTTING YOURSELF!!!? and my 1st thought was No of course not! But she said she would get furious if she knew I was lying . And now she wants to see my arm but I don't want to get in trouble because she will hit me . And my dad would just be dissapointed in me . How can I tell my parents I cut b4 they react all mad , angry at me!? I'm sick to my stomach to show my mom And I'm soo scared ! What should I do please helpYou should tell her why you do it and maybe your mom will try to understand. But, usuallly some parents easily conclude rebellious, emo, & dealth.



You should just open up because cutting can serious lead to other things that lead to worse ordeals

If she brings it up to you again just tell her the truth, she's bound to find out at some point anyways. She's probably gonna wanna talk to you about why you do it, etc. Just tell her. She doesn't want to hurt you just help you. She might take you to see a counsler or something to that effect.

Oh they'll be mad at first, my parents were, but they will try to help you. Be honest about your feelings and let them know what they can do to help.

Show her. Explain to her why. There is no way of going around it now that they have seen it. Think about this, their reactions can only last for a while. If they see it today, it will be over by next week. Trust me, it's better to get it over with then do it later. Get the worse done.
