Would it be weird for me to ask my mom if my boyfriend can spend the night?

-I know this is weird, but I am 26 and I live with my parents and my 21 year old brother. On the weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) I always spend the night at my boyfriends house. The weekend is pretty much the only time I see him. We this upcoming Friday all my family is going to be out of town, except me, and my mom wanted me to stay at home to watch the animals. Would it be weird to ask if he could stay over?Omg I'm not trying to go against you but if your family is leaving, and ur goin be alone, I recommend u not telling ur mom that, or she'll probably think something might happen or if she let's you have ur boyfriend over, your mom will be uncomfortable while she's out of town :)
Before I read your age, I thought no way,but at your age sure ask, just the fact that you thought you should ask first shows you're mature and responsible, but if she says no or maybe he'd have to sleep on the couch you have to respect her..
you are 16 year old and this is the age where one should be capable to take care of them self. Their is nothing weird for you to ask your mom.
well i dont know why he shouldnt be able to sleep over, just ask them if its alright if he can stay over just so youre not alone in the house all night. if i were your mom, i would trust you especially if youre 26
You being 26 it wouldnt be weird but if i where you out of respect for your parent i wouldnt have sex in their house!
